However, both parties would have to be released from confidentiality agreement. Cain's alleged victim has attorney and is willing to go public. The ball is now in Cain's court.

    Washington Post:

One of the women who accused GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain of sexual harassment wants to tell her side of the story but is barred by a confidentiality agreement, her attorney in Washington said Tuesday.

Cain can release her from the confidentiality agreement anytime he wants

also her lawyer is looking into the possibility that she can talk BECAUSE Cain started talking about it

Who cares? He isn't going to be the Republican nominee anyway. He was beginning to crash and burn before this came out.

This situation speaks volumes about the character of Cain and the tea party who cling to their "personal responsibility" mantra with a death grip. Will Cain take personal responsibility for his actions and give the American public a full and honest explanation

OR will he play the role of the victim (blame others like liberal media, opportunistic individuals) and race card (high tech lynching)? We shall see how this plays out.

Anyone who runs for President with a skeleton like this in their closet should start preparing on day one for it to be discovered. This is not something the media is going to sweep under the rug. Cain trying to play the race card after being found out is pathetic... like the press wouldn't write about this if one of the white candidates were discovered to be involved in a sexual harassment scandal with the victims being paid off with thousands of dollars? If Gingrich had done this, the press wouldn't print it? Or Romney or Santorum? (Except in Santorum's case, he would have been sexually harassing men, not women.)

Cain already started talking about details. It's going to be argued that Cain already violated the agreement.

This is my issue with him. He wings it. That ain't gonna work when you're running for POTUS. He didn't prepared for anything.

Wait .... but Coulter Hanniity ... Limbaugh et al
Said this was a liberal attack on the Black republican frontrunner

Not a candidate who had a skeleton in his closet and didn't prepare for the scrutiny of the public eye

Plus he panics under pressure when they ask him stuff that he doesn't want to talk about. It's too soon in the game for him to get frustrated and defensive.
