Any tips on stay focused on weight loss through the holidays? I've lost 40lbs so far and weigh 210lbs. I need to lose another 30lbs, but I'm finding myself losing the dedication I once had.

Stick to your routine (even when you're on the road somewhere). Find a gym with a temporary membership.

Stick to your diet. Pick and choose from the holiday table. Don't be pressured to eat what you know isn't good for you.

Never give up....stick with it!!! You can do it. One day at a time. If you feel yourself slipping take a step back and reevaluate the situation and you'll find a way thru.

The holidays are hard for a lot of people, I like to think of it as an extra little challenge that I am not willing to loose to.

Thanks for the tips, on the road is rough as well as having company over. It sucks getting off routine. Also I know I need to stick to my diet, but it's tough when you are being tempted by people who know you are dieting.

Get the fuck out of Kentucky and find friends who are concerned about their health. "Bible Belt" states are notorious for peer pressure against anything healthy. Maybe their god tells them to be fat and gluttonous or something.

LOL Paul, That is very true. I have lost a lot of weight by switching to low calorie substitutes. I have definately slimmed down but I really need to reduce my BMI. Can someone please give me a list of foods to definately avoid to help reduce my body fat.
