What do you do? This is horrible, there is literally nothing. Can't talk to anyone, not in the mood to do jack shit but sleep and i can't even do that. I am one of those people that once they're up they're up.

Thank you 'fallin' back' now I have to adjust my internal clock. NBD
P.S- I was up at 4am, just been listening to this

    for an hour or so...

When you wake up early with time to wait, there's no better time to masturbate.

le problem with that, is that I would get too tired then mess up my day (and my sheets)

thus instead i listened to my entire Coldplay collection and just got to about halfway through viva la vida

    it was a memory rollercoaster

Fucking lucky dude! I'm so envious that you have spare time to burn unlike me (but that's probably cuz I'm not an early riser like you).

Why don't you borrow some interesting books? They are a fantastic way to burn time imo.

And you've got great song taste, by the way icon_smile.gif

it doesn't happen often but i kind of really enjoy those mornings where i wake up super early and can't fall back asleep. i'll either have a early breakfast and listen to baroque music (normal morning routine) or i'll go for a walk, find a 24hr cafe, get coffee and read a book

Nothing better than snoozemeisters Coldplay to put you back into a deep sleep.

I love those mornings. Get all the chores done, have time for a leisurely shower and browse a couple of journals over a second cup of coffee before the phone starts going apeshit.

i get those mornings every morning though! my body just doesn't like to sleep for more than 5-6 hours and i usually go to bed around 11-12

But i will take some suggestions from this thread: reading/chores into thought!

    Also BAMF Coldplay rocks, shush-you!

I just had one of those mornings last week. I could not fall asleep so I was up literally all night reading books. Got ready for calss at 6:30, went to breakfast and then my 8am. All my friends were like "You're gonna crash!" from not sleeping but I never did haha. I guess I'm use to no sleep by now.

All those days of conditioning from university, waking up in a panic about a test or exam that day, or an assignment or lab that was due and needed tweaking, or even just paranoia that there is a test but there really wasn't or even worse it was a weekend REALLY just made my body give up trying to get 8hrs of sleep a night.

    it's kind of sad
I am sure there are other sufferers of this too.
i cherish the days I dream because I rarely have them anymore, i am not even close enough to that level of deep sleep

OMG I was up at 3 am today. I'm going to try shifting my sleep schedule back, hopefully getting myself to sleep later, but it seems like my body doesn't care how much sleep it gets, it's just time to wake up at 3 or 4.

    I hate it.

But I do get a crap load of stuff done.
