Hey guys -
So...I just moved to a new city about 6 weeks ago and told myself that I wanted to get "serious" with my gym workouts. I now go to the gym 6 days a week and thanks to my brother...was shown a great workout routine.
I'm going on my 4th week with this new routine of mine...however...as time has gone on...I find myself already getting a little bored with my routine and haven't been able to increase my weight with my repetitions yet...It's almost like my motivation is slowly starting to die out day to day...
Any suggestions ?
