    They forgot to add the CONTENTIOUS battle in Largo FL.. A unknown gay democrat against a VERY entrenched repub for city council. It was ugly but the old repub bigot bird got thrown out of office last night in a slaughter!

    If that wasnt a 'message' I dont know what was.. Largo is a very heavy GOP enclave and you'll remember it with 'Susan (Steve) Stanton the city manager who transitioned from MTF and was tarred and feathered and forced out of a job several years back.. By whom? The old repub bird that got her ass handed to her last night.



    Yes, a message was sent loud and clear in GOP Largo last night!

    They forgot to add to that list that openly lesbian mayor Annise Parker was reelected for a second term in Houston.
