Go back in time and make a smarter decision.

I have no sympathy for smokers. You can't get addicted by just one cigarette. You have to smoke that shit for weeks before it develops into an addiction.

Research suggests that one of the things smokers miss about smoking is that it is an oral fixation. Thus you can keep something in your mouth like chewing on a toothpick or something. Cold things/minty things like toothpaste or ice cream help as well. They also have tobacco less ele.ctric cigarettes that issue smoke (steam from water). They show the ads on TV. I think smokers really like that too.

    Congratulations on your healthier choice.

Support is the most important step in quitting. 69% of smokers want to quit. But only 6% succeed. Please feel free to reach out to us.

When I quit I found it was incredibly useful to have something to do with my hands while I was getting absorbed in something besides wanting to smoke.

So, I took up crochet and made a lot of terrible scarves while burning through dvds from netflix.

So happy to have quit. Totally worth it for all kinds of reasons.
