Any ideas? I was reading some website by "Scooby" and he said that in order to put muscle on eating heaps will only make you cover your fat and won't help, but then why is Taylor Lautner eating so much crap and getting muscly? Also I don't understand what reps and stuff are. I just want precise knowledge! Something that's detailed but easy to understand! Help? I tried but it said some crap about choosing from 20 different programs, that's not what I want. I want to understand what I'm doing. Not just following something.
