Friday was a big day for me. It should have happened a few weeks ago, but one thing or another kept me from making those last few steps. I hit the "100 pounds lost" mark. Thanks to all of my friends who encouraged me and gave me enough love to keep me going - I couldn't have done it without your help. Plenty of people on this site - you know who you are.

Now to see what type of definition I can get!

Dude you look like a different person literally. I keep going back and forth thinking that doesn't even look like you before, maybe it is the facial hair.

The only problem with the after photo is your shirt was on icon_smile.gif

Congratulations. You should be proud. I know, because I did it too. (Lost 115 pounds).

If you ever want to chat about maintenance, hit me up. Keep your support network in place! For me, it was almost as hard as the diet. I set small fitness goals every quarter (run a 10-K, increase bench press, etc.). I need a positive short-term goal to keep from slipping.

Oh, the other fun thing: pick a friend with good taste to go shopping with you and pick out some new clothes. Let him/her decide what fits instead of you. Seriously, it takes a while to start dressing for the new you. But you look great.
