post photos of their pets or art to their profile, when RJ says you have to swear the photo is of you?

post music in their profile, when RJ says you have to swear you own the copyright?

From the Realjock photo guidelines, rule 1:

RealjockPhotos must be of you. Your default main photo may not include other persons unless you are joining as a couple. Up-close photos of a single body part do not count as photos of you.

The word of, in this case, most likely would be this definition:
http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/of6 a—used as a function word to indicate belonging or a possessive relationship (king of England)

Therefore as long as the photos belong to whoever is uploading them, then I believe they are in compliance with this rule. Furthermore, the rule only prohibits other persons from being featured on a member's default main photo, but not another organism (pet) or inanimate objects (art).

As for the music, I am far less certain over the legality of use. Perhaps someone else could explain that.

I had my first photo rejection a week ago. It was a pic of my hand. twas a bit creepy (as I meant it to be icon_twisted.gif ) , so I totally understand. I'm also planning to post my artwork sometime on my profile. But I'll put it on the body and not uploaded into my pics.

And my dog breath smells like cats.

I don't think RJ follow there own rules. They are probably just guidelines, so they can remove them if they feel the need in the future. That is understandable, I think.

Now, I can not understand why they rejected yours Sedative. What could be so bad about a hand. Were you making a rude gesture icon_confused.gif
