So to start off I'm very vascular my veins stick out a good bit when I'm really pumped at the gym and lifting. Sometimes when I'm doing a workout my muscles will swell up and push my vein(s) and it is uncomfortable and sometimes hurts. The best way I can describe it is like a rubber band being pushed rapidly to a direction. Does anyone else experience this? It happened again today and I had to stop my tri workout and try something else.
