I find I have several favorites but all for different reasons. Here's some in no particular order:

*South Beach in Houston - just for the cooling jets. That's it, seriously. I LOVED those.

*Mr. Sisters in Orlando - my "home base," primarily because of the smoke-free indoor dance area. I go to a club to dance and like to be able to breathe. Also, since they've expanded their deck, they've mercifully moved drag shows outside, so I can have a near-empty floor and clean air while smokers and drag aficionados are outside. 2 birds, one stone.

*Club Secret in Moscow. Smoky, but that's the culture. Open until 6 a.m., awesome downstairs dance floor with better music and fewer people than upstairs.

Always looking for suggestions for NYC - anybody? So far I've only been to a few dive-y places and Splash, which is okay but nothing to write home about as far as I'm concerned.

I am not into club scene anymore. I am from Waterloo, ON (in Canada) and never been to a gay club here. In Toronto, I like woody's.

The Saint, Sparky's Pub, The Bonham Exchange, and Luther's Cafe.... the all just make my day... and if I don't fear being shanked or feel like saying "BRING IT BITCHES!!!!" and dare be in the line of fire of a lesbian free-for-all... I go to "The Electric Company".

I liked the old mickey's before the fire. IMO more attitude in the new one so Cantina is a better bet.

That's TRUE. I've had to wait a few extra hours to head home once or twice.
