So after increasing to 5 times a week at the gym, I'm feeling like the guy in Germany in the vid.

Gah, I'm just trying to figure out how to best feed my appetite. Between choboni yogurt (loaded with protien), tangerines, almonds, and other various snacks, I'm wondering how much is too much. I know the yogurt has a good amount of sugar so I limit it to 2 a day, but I can go through a small container of almonds in a day icon_confused.gif


Any suggestions? Or does it matter as I'm trying to gain muscle?
