So 9 Americans have been killed by right-wingers in the last 3 years and now a writer for World Net Daily is calling for OWS protestors to be torched with flame throwers.

Phil ElmoreCall out the National Guard. Turn on the fire hoses. Send bulldozers. Bring flame-throwers, for pity's sake. Men and women who give a damn about their country, wearing Hazmat suits and respiratory gear, empowered by the lawful government of this nation, should be marching in ranks on every Obamaville this very moment, prepared to beat with truncheons and shoot with rubber bullets every last filthy hippie.

    Now which side is violent?

He shouldn't be suggesting anything if the people are peaceful and not disobeying police orders. If they are violent or resisting arrest, then tasers and mace are more appropriate.

When (since Obama's inauguration) has WorldNutDaily ever called the government of this nation LAWFUL?

Only when calling for the suppression of activism by people other than themselves. People not wearing late 1700s attire. People fed up with the same problem : A government which they feel does not respond to their concerns. Why does this government not respond to their concerns in the way they feel it should? One group doesn't care why, they just want to back to what they imagine to be a simpler time. If their most notable costumes are any indication they want to go back to a time when only white male landowners could vote, a time before electricity or steam power. The notable costumes do not reflect the entire movement, however. A large part of them want socialism out of their medicaid (and presumably out from under that scooter that medicaid bought for them). The other group is pretty sure that the reason government doesn't respond they way they feel it should is because it is beholden to powerful monied interests. When this gets pointed out to the earlier group, they sometimes suggest that deregulating the plutarchy might make it more benevolent. Other times the call for flamethrowers.

Is it possible these two groups might have something in common? (Besides the feeling that their government does not respond how they want)

Haven't seen any grandmothers in wheelchairs fighting with the police. In addition to the tasers and mace, for the real smartass, aggressive ones, I would add a good, forceful carotid hold.

That's Dorli Rainey, the 84-year-old retired Seattle school teacher whose recent "crime" was getting kettled. (Her previous transgressions include being a schoolteacher)
This video interviews Dorli as well as the retired police chief who was in charge when she got peppersprayed back in 1999. He has since written a book criticizing the rise of paramilitarism in the police.

Dorli witnessed the rise of a police state in Germany when she was young. She's seeing it slowly happening again now.

Yes, burn American citizens alive because they are camping without a permit. That seems entirely reasonable and appropriate. icon_rolleyes.gif

The right wing in America is panicking.
OWStreet has their hysteria in overdrive.
They are completely obsessed with this movement, and terrified of it... largely because they know they are on the losing side of a national debate that is long overdue.
For decades they have conned our country into ignoring greed and corruption that benefit the top 1% to the detriment of everyone else.
But those days are coming to an end.

Some of them can't duck, such as those on scooters demanding government out of their medicare. Another possible explanation could be that their heads are up their obese asses thus protecting their eyes from pepper spray and their skulls from batons and rubber bullets.

Lobbying Firm Memo To Advise Wall Street Clients On Occupy Movement
A lobbying firm has prepared a memo offering advice to its Wall Street clients to help them manage any political fallout from Occupy Wall Street, warning that Republicans may turn on big banks, at least in public, altering the political ground for years to come. It is one of the first clear signs that the movement may be starting to trouble the moneyed elite.

Yeah, they are scared and are digging in for a long and expensive propaganda war - to away the minds of the undecided. Along with police beatdowns to sway the minds of those serfs who engage in uprisings such as civil disobedience.

saddlery both eyes closed to the negative impact these lay about have created; and the abuse they throw at others, and their incitement of hate; nope thy will keep both eyes closed to such truths.

But the moment a Gard may speak back, from beleaguering, and abuse, or citys fight to take back public property, so the public can use it agin, as well as deal with the health risk these thugs are creating. Oh no then they will start to scream like wet cats at ther injustice of it all.
