    Hi All,

I was just wondering does full body weight training tighten one's anus? If yes, are they any specific exercises besides Kegel exercises.

    Cheers,

    Yes.

The best way to tighten your anus via weight training is lay flat on your back on a bench and then taking the max that you can smoothly bench press, hold it in the up position for a count of three and then drop it suddenly on your trachea.

Let me know how it works for you.

Substitute buttplug with dumbbell (as pictured below)

Do three sets of squats with 8 reps in each set.

Hold for twenty seconds and release.

Remember posture and straighten your back.

Let me know how it works for you.

Sounds like someone is advertising they are loose icon_eek.gif

At least he wants to do something about it. Or, maybe he knows someone who is loose, and wants to tighten them up, hmmm

Women have weighted balls they can toss in their snatch that can help them keagle all day. I assume the same can be done for the anus.

Yes. There is. Heavy lifting puts a lot of pressure on that area. Hemorhoids are common as well as an occasional anal fissure.

Surgery hurts but generally fixes whatever is going on.

I'm surprised Apple hasn't made an app to bring back Steve Jobs.

The app is: Shove the phone in your ass and hold it. Start with a 3G(S), and work your way up to the sharp edges of the 4.

Main point: Unless you are having problems with incontinence, your anus is fine.

Weight training does not tighten external anal sphincter. Weight training actually increases chances of rectal prolapse because when you tighten your abdominal muscles while bearing weight, you increase pressure in the abdominal cavity and straining can lead the internal rectal walls or mucosa to protrude.

Current studies done on the topic have been weak and have not been able to determine if anal floor exercises are helpful.

"We found no evidence of biofeedback or exercises enhancing the outcome of treatment compared to other conservative management methods. While there is a suggestion that some elements of biofeedback therapy and sphincter exercises may have a therapeutic effect, this is not certain. Larger well-designed trials are needed to enable safe conclusions."

Sounds like a lot of unnecessary pain and trouble to facilitate an unnecessary act.

The whole thing is dumb. LOL.

I know a number of guys who have ripped their ass up doing leg press, or squats, but, if you are in need of a tighter hole,...LOL...I dunno.
