That sounds nuts - you must be in amazing shape now though -

50 Box jump, 24 inch box
    50 Jumping pull-ups
    50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
    Walking Lunge, 50 steps
    50 Knees to elbows
    50 Push press, 45 pounds
    50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
    50 Burpees
    50 Double unders

Did a crossfit bootcamp and it was great but I have severe issues with double unders but I doubt I could get to 50 burpees after doing all that.

It's not too bad and the goal is just to finish!

I did a few months ago in 24 min....well I did everything up to the burpees in 17 min and then took 6 minutes to finish the burpees icon_sad.gif lol

Any you can always substitute out the double unders and just do twice as many regular until you're able to do the double unders!

Where was the crossfit bootcamp? that sounds fun!

My old box did a shorter version of this workout called "Dirty Thirties". It was basically the same workout, except 30 reps for each exercise. I remember the burpees killing me. Fuck. Burpees. Thank goodness I'm good at double unders!

I have a question for whoever: do you do just one circuit? Or you go back and do the circuit a couple of times? And when you rest between circuits, how long should it be? My rest period is normally 5 mins.

Also, you might want to put the burpees as the first or second thing so you'll be more likely to finish. I hate them and I love them. The 50 sounds crazy! Maybe I'll try it one of those days.

you do it straight through once without any rest. it should be in the order the earlier poster listed. it's a great workout. you can bang through it pretty quickly until the burpees. they just suck and then there's the double unders.......not pretty.

Yep it would be a lot easier if the burpees were in the beginning, but they are specifically at the end to make it much more challenging icon_smile.gif

When I last did it, the burpees and the knees to elbows both killed me, but I am a lot better at both now. I still have to do single-single-double with my double unders - but that is still a long way from where i started haha

...re: Bobby's burpees, those shorts don't leave a lot to the imagination, do they?

haha I would love to compete in the games, but I currently do not have anywhere near the strenght! My speed and agility is fine but I would get slaughtered in any heavy lifting WOD....though I do have a good friend who competes and loves it icon_smile.gif
