So I've always been working out alone and love it that way. I avoid talking to people in hopes of getting done with my workout and leaving as soon as possible.

Recently I've been lifting a lot heavier and realized that I need someone to spot me so that the weights do not crush me to death. I don't workout near any of my friends so I can't go with them. I workout at 24hr in NoHo, Burbank, Glendale or Pasadena. I have an ultra sport member so I can go to any of them. Anyone around the area?

how much do you bench press, squat, and dead lift?

    just curious.

a trainner might be a viable solution, unless of course thats too decadent... you could always network at the gym and make friends.

I work out at 24 hour. I usually work out after work in Santa Monica but on weekends I go to the one at the galleria in Sherman Oaks. I have a sport membership. Does that help?

It really is a problem. Is there anyone on the staff you could befriend who could spot you?

they said they arent allowed to unless its a personal training session. i guess due to it being a liability?

I work out at 24Hr in Northridge, but can travel to Burbank or Noho a couple times a week if it helps. I also experience the same issues you do. I have a Super Sport membership.

    Yes I will.

you would actually have to get off your computer and go into the real world in order to do any stalking.
