    "knuckle children" .... I have never heard this expression before. I presume the OP means the sounds made by cracking one's knuckles.

    well, that interpretation makes more sense now that I hear it.

    No, I find killing knuckle children before working out detracts from the drive when working out. After my killing sprees, I tend to want to sleep or at least relax.

    But thank you for asking, anyway .... icon_rolleyes.gif
