Hi guys,

Hope you can help with some tips when you have a moment!

I am a full time worker with a few things on the side to do so find it very hard to get time together for working out. Now I know I need to make the time if I want to lose weight or tone up but is there anything that can be done in short bursts of time?

A good long run takes over an hour as does a full workout which I never have the time for. Any ideas what I can do in little short sections?

Any help gratefully received and appreciated!! :-)
