It's not about motivation, it's about maintaining a positive mindset....right?

    I've started to work out again.
    I'm motivated to look better, that's a given. What motivates me? My fat ass.
    SO my issue is sticking with it, not making excuses and after a week not taking 3 days off because I'm sore.
    I get frustrated and impatient that I'm not getting the results I want in a relatively unrealistic amount of time....
    I know that this takes time and patience and commitment, but why do I get so frustrated!!!
    How can I stay positive?
    How do I find something that will bring me back to the gym day after day no matter what??
    Am I just wired wrong or is there something I'm missing??

    You're not wired wrong, and you're not missing anything. What you are feeling is natural.

    Learn to live with the tension. Ultimately, the tension is creative and will keep you fit.
