    Attend a gym that pushes you.. a gym that is packed with serious fitness people and that will motivate you like nothing else.

    Don't let travel be an excuse for not eating right. There's not a restaurant around that isn't happy to substitute the carb or starch with extra veges... and there's always Subway... large meatball sub, hold the bread, they'll put it in a cup for you.
