I just have to give this quote to CuriousJockAZ, John90210 and FootballLover/JetsFan:

"As the strongest female presidential candidate in history, Clinton drew large, enthusiastic audiences. Yet Obama's were bigger. One audience, in Dallas, famously cheered when he blew his nose on stage; a crowd of 75,000 turned out in Portland, Ore., the weekend before the state's May 20 primary."

This is a present on a platter. Say something about a crowd of people who'd cheer noseblowing.

If McCain blew his nose, the crowd would for sure say "Bless You!"

Thank you Mickey. Celebrating phlegm doesn't indicate victory.

Yeah, I'm a fan of Obama, but I'm sure I would laugh at the noseblowing, not cheer. People are so...willing to worship.

What context was his nose blow in?

No context has been provided by the source, but if anyone from Dallas was there for the rally, I'd love to hear their take on it.

I know that Obama has been very inspirational for audiences. I know that audience reaction is very susceptible to suggestion. Once an audience "falls for it," it's very easy to get them hanging on your every word and reacting to everything you say or do, from eyebrow raises to, in this case, noseblowing.

When I do public speaking, I'm very aware of the moment an audience is sold, how to bring it about and how to exploit it. Fortunately I'm truthful and I have integrity. Let's hope Obama is as well.

Perhaps the nose blowing was taken totally out of context. The media does that ya know.
