How do you maintain your body after weight loss?

    Im going to start insanity, hoping to lose about two inches off my hips and two inches off my thighs. once I achieve this goal, how do I maintain it? Im not going to want to do insanity every day forever. so besides eating well, how do I maintain it?

    I workout 2-3 times a week (medium intensity), and eat healthy (Paleo diet, 4-6 small meals a day).
    As of May this year, I'd lost 70 lbs of fat and put on 10 lbs of muscle (from 225 to 165 lbs).
    I'm still 163 lbs as of just a few minutes ago.
