DESTINATION SURGERIES!!! that is what is going to happen to my deposits. suck that shit out with a lazer, or a tube, i dont care.

actually to make a hydroxy cut/ xenedrine, all you need is a caffeine pill, white willows bark, and you can buy ephedra as a bronchial enhancer in pill form. take one of each pill and there you go instant illegal hydroxycut. i DO NOT recommend it, for it has been banned for reasons.

really watch your diet and push yourself in your work out as hard as you can go. and it should just melt off. you will learn what your capable of with an un aided hand. that is empowering.

Now seriously, I'm with you on that Trebor...
Otherwise, just a thought, you may want to try a little cleanse diet, just to get your organism to stop doing what's been doing for so long, for a fresher start, and adjust your nutrition from there on.
I tried the "master cleanse" or "lemon Diet" and it works for me. But I'm more into flexibility than building up...
It helped break with old eating habits.
You'll find some info on the net, i.e.:

I am going with what treboi said. Also, start incorporating more cardio and start restricting your diet even more. Don't rely on a supplement to do all the work for you.

You can buy a bottle of Guarana extract (natural caffeine supplement) at GNC for about 1/4th of the price of most weight-loss supplements. Caffeine is the "active" ingredient in most of these products, anyway.

White Willow bark -- basically aspirin -- is a typical ingredient in these weight-loss "stacks" (it basically irritates your stomach lining to elicit faster absorbtion). Chew a generic children's chewable aspirin along with Guarana and you'll have basically the same thing, but on the cheap.

The FDA ban on ephedra was lifted, btw, but is again under consideration. Back in the day, ephedra was the only product that ever worked for me. It's risky, though. I personally developed a tolerance to it and quickly plateaued.

Skepticism aside, I have been using Tetrazene ES50, lately, with modest results. Tetrazene was the highest rated weight-loss supplement in ProSource's recent supplement guide, but I wouldn't necessarily consider ProSource to be authoritative.

From what I have read Bitter Orange is safe enough. Hoodia seems a bit too trendy though. If you must take a pill just get Bitter Orange by itself. It will be like $8 for a bottle of 60. Bitter Orange has been on the market for decades and some people will swear by it. The same cannot be said for Hoodia.

Have you tried juice fasting? It's tedious because you pee constantly, but you can maintain a fairly respectable calorie level with only trace fats. I tend to do it for two weeks at the start of the summer just to get my abs to pop

Not true. Ephedra is still banned for weight loss purposes. The district court of Utah's ruling was overturned by the 10th Circuit court in 2006.

But yes you can still buy it OTC as a asthma treatment. Generally it will be behind the counter and you have to ask the pharmacist for it.

I'm sorry, I usually don't dump on a well-intentioned post, but colmdublin's idea of a juice fast is a horrible suggestion.

If you want to decrease body fat, there are two things you need to do: regulate your intake and increase your metabolic rate - not with stimulants, but by increasing your lean mass and adding appropriate cardio to your workout.

At 5'8" 155, given that you're not ripped (and even if you were) you're not carrying that much lean muscle. So your metabolic rate is low. Your best bet is to eat properly (that is, more regularly and more appropriately) and lift weights.

I'm not saying you have to become a muscle monster or anything - just work hard and put on about 10-15 pounds of muscle over the next year. Your body fat problem will resolve itself if you do this and eat well.
