strength/size difference

    What would anyone recommend for training size/strength deficits when comparing R and L (such as left lat smaller than right) based on personal experience. I've been doing unilateral work by starting on the smaller side and then matching the # of reps on the other; not sure if anyone would suggest a better method.

    It makes it hard to train back when you have to exclude bars and pull ups. Some gyms have unilateral machines like these. They work both sides independently at the same time. If you don't find your gym has many of them, I'd check out the other gyms in your area to see what they have.
