I am about 150 lbs. right now (used to be 190), and it's not from muscle as I still have some excess fat (especially the chest area) to get rid of. After all this time, I'm still a work in progress.
How can I get rid of the excess fat?
I'm tired of doing the things that I used to do: 24 hour fasts, After 6 diet, P90X, Turbo Jam, interval running, etc. (not all at once BTW)
I wanna do something new. What other things can I do? Can I get tips on becoming motivated again?
