    1st favorite:

    Jack3d - it's like legal meth! You develop a tolerance within a couple of weeks, though, so you'll need to cycle it.

    2nd favorite:

    Napalm - Awesome energy, pump and focus but nasty crash after it wears off. It doesn't have creatine like Jack3d and others. It has test boosters and antiestrogens, though.

    I am going to start using Jackd3D this coming week and see how it works for me. How long do you cycle it on and off for?

    NO explode....sucks. Don't feel difference whatsoever

    Around the third or fourth week, you'll notice that one scoop doesn't work as well as it did when you first started using Jack3d, so you'll need to increase it to two to three scoops. After about two months (8 weeks), you should cycle off of it and let your system return to normal.

    Most people switch to a different product like Napalm, NO-Explode, etc., but you really should take a month off between just to let your receptor sites upregulate.

    Full Blown Xtreme - aka "FBX" from Max Muscle. Great energy, no jitters, insane pumps, zero crash...I've never used anything close to this product. Includes the Kre-Alkalyn and NO2 enhancers I would otherwise use, too so it is still somewhat cost-effective.

    I usually use Jak3d, but I developed a tolerance to it so I stopped.

    I picked up this stuff called 1.M.R. because it was on sale. I took it for a work-out and was like, meh I don't really notice anything.

    Then two hours later I was bouncing around the room like I was on crack. Delayed action I guess icon_razz.gif

    Try Noxipro, its my favorite, and puts the Jacked3d to shame. over the years Ive pretty much used them all and you cant beat the Noxipro for the money!

    I've tried Jack3d, No-Xplode, and right now I'm doing the Muscle Pharm Assault... They all suck! The one thing they all have in common is that they taste like shit!

    Jack3d is the most popular and prob the most effective. Sometimes I did feel a slight tingling in my fingers and sometimes not even 3 scoops would do it.

    Most of the time I don't use pre-supps. I just set myself the goal of lifting heavier with every passing workout.

    i'm not being silly. if you honestly knew what goes into supplements and their effects on the body you'd see most of them are some form of sugar (carbs), protein, fat, and stimulant (i.e. caffeine). wonder where i've seen that before... oh yeah icon_rolleyes.gif

    the best thing you can give your body before a workout is food. certain supplements have more effects than others (i.e. creatine for vegans and vegetarians) but most of them if you bothered to eat properly you'd have access to or you're forcing your body to take when it naturally shouldn't.

    Jacked3D and NOXplode both seem to work great for me, lots of energy and a great pump.

    Both make me bounce off the walls and interrupt my sleep so I don't take them any more.

    Although... A lot of this shit is just caffeine, so drinking coffee before a workout might give you the same effect.

    Lot's of caffeine in 1MR i only recommend if you are at the point of taking 3 scoops of jack3d.

    I use Super Pump by Gaspari Nutrition so far very pleased. I tried NoXplode and could not take it, made ill to my stomach.
