Working out before you eat?

    Or is it better to do it after?
    Cause I am going to go jog now so I don't know if I should eat 1st or after?

    Also what would be better to do in the morning?
    jog then eat?
    eat then jog?

    1. Eat a little something about an hour and a half before, like a bowl of cereal/fruit/juice/yogurt.

    2.Go for your run.

    3.Then eat well afterward something high in carbs like a bagel and glass of milk or some other protein source.

    4.That is what works well for me, others may feel differently.

    you're stealing blood supply away from the muscles because it's used for digestion
