Just seeing who's out and about with one of these small gems. icon_biggrin.gif After a decade of using regular point & shoots my friends and mentors have asked me why i don't step my hardware up a notch...well it's time! Any tips for a newb at changeable lens and where you can get great accessories for decent prices? That would be great!!! So excited to take pics again! Anyone need a photoshoot? icon_redface.gif

I'm still on the fence about micro 4/3. The price is high and lens selection is so-so. But I like the compact size of course. I kinda like the Panasonic GX-1.

    I've got an EP-L1. They're cheap now.
I can now use my old manual lenses (although telephoto lenses need to be used on a tripod, it's hard to focus & hold it still without a viewfinder).

The only camera I own is in my iPhone.

    Does that help?

I just bought a Panasonic GF2 on Black Friday as I've been using regular enthusiasts point and shoots all my days. I use my friend's DSLRs when I need to document an important event but I wanted to get something still relatively small with better picture quality than a point & shoot. icon_smile.gif Hopefully this GF2 will do me well! Any cute guys here need a photoshoot done? icon_redface.gif
