Evidently, people can be allegic to certain foods and not know it. The allergy doesnt manifest itself externally, but causes inflammation internally. The inflammation and the stress it causes on your body reportedly can really affect your body's health.

My personal trainer has recommended that I have a food sensitivity test done. But I thought I would ask on here first and see if any of you all have had any experience with such a test and what you thought about it.

i did but it was the cheap typical one. I came out clean. But now i want another one that tests more things.
