Hello everyone, I'm new here. I'm 31, 162lbs, 5'6".

Here's my current eating plan. What do you guys think? Any suggestions to kick it up a notch?

Meal 1
1 cup of oatmeal
1 banana
1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter
1 1/2 scoop whey protein shake
2 fish oil caps

Meal 2
1 salad with grilled chicken breast, and 1/2 avocado
1 cup of brown rice
2 fish oil caps

Meal 3
1 grilled chicken sandwich on whole grain bread
1 small salad
1 coffee with 4 tablespoons of half and half

pre-workout
1 scoop whey protein shake with 1/2 cup of oats

post-workout
1 scoop whey protein shake with 1/2 cup of oats

Meal 4
1 grilled chicken breast cooked with 1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 cup of brown rice or sweet potato
brocolli or some other vegetable
2 fish oil caps

Meal 5
1 cup of fat free cottage cheese
1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter
