Wow, be careful not to accidentally step on that son of a bitch at night.

I can't help but find it rather cute in an odd way icon_rolleyes.gif

Meanwhile the pic of the coconut crab on that page is damn scary!

These things are fucking terrifying! The only insects I really fear are bees, wasps, and hornets. I can't imagine seeing these vespa wasps in person. I'm sure I'd completely lose it.

They are known to take down entire bee colonies in just a matter of hours!

They are definitely big, but a centipede isn't an insect.

Not really bigger so much as it's just longer and happens to be venomous with a voracious appetite. Mice aren't big to begin with.If it were to kill a New York rat then I'd be scared.

OMG, I hate bugs, especially big bugs. After seeing that thing, I'm glad its cold outside, no bugs at all.

You do realize that if it's cold outside that the bugs are probably INSIDE your house hiding. Walls are hollow.

Just think that millions of years ago that cricket was considered small. Craziness.

It's crazy to think that many insects and other bugs were much larger millions of years ago. Thank goodness our species wasn't around yet!
