I want to know, how is Montana? Such a nice-looking dog.

I am better now that I fell back to sleep this morning at 6:30 AM and got another 2 hours shut-eye (I was awake half the night).

My partner and I went to see "Ironman" last night. I gave it about a 6 out of 10, not bad for a super-hero movie. Yesterday morning we suffered through 2 softball games in the high humidity. I caught both games (my punishment for having strong legs) and I am just now feeling 100%.

Off to see "Sex and The City" today I hope.

Montana is doing very well. She's feeling a lot better and is getting bored with her restrictions - not allowed on the stairs, etc.

She had surgery last Wednesday, a tumor in her abdomen.

She's a very willful dog, she wants to go to her spot on the landing to nap and we won't let her climb the stairs. We moved the mattress from our bed downstairs and have been sleeping the dining room, she has napped on that, though.

Sounds like you have had Montana for awhile and she has developed habits. My parents let their dogs sleep on their bed for years. If I wanted to watch TV on my parent's bed, the dogs would grudgingly give up their favourite spot and move to the floor (while giving me a dog's version of the evil eye). My how we spoil "man's best friend".

She doesn't like being in bed with us, or even without us. It's too high up for her. She does like to sleep on the couches, and we let her, but she tends to get off them when we are home.

I'm going to take her for a short walk. I've got one of those sling supports for her hind end if she gets tired too quickly.
