I'm looking for guys who are interested in day sailing the waters near downtown Tampa. I use the boat launch at the south end of Davis Island.

I have a West Wight Potter 15......a smaller sized sail boat. Comfort factor in the cockpit allows for 2 persons including myself.

If interested in day sailing sometime, contact me here. Weekends & weekdays both work for me.

    No sailing experience necessary.

Non-sailor here, but would like to take you up on your offer... in the warmer months.

I grew up in water-less Indiana but like to kayak/canoe. Several years ago did a three-day weekend campout on Anclote Key, sailing from Tarpon Springs with a few friends. (Do you know Harold and Will?) Very nice and relaxing, especailly when the day-trippers went home at 5:00 and we could come down to the beach. icon_eek.gif

Argh. Jealous. I tried to take a couple of friends out last weekend in Oregon, but the deck was too icy to safely go forward.
