Page and JPJ? I thought Page and Plant hated him. They didn't even include him on No Quarter or Walking into Clarksdale. Well, anyway, I'd have given my left nut to have seen and heard it.

if only i had know, i didn;t go on my own cause all my 'friends' were either sick or busy or too far away.

The girl in work had the 2 extra tickets, i usually go on my own regardless, but i'm a bad head space at the minute, and to think that would of sorted me out.

Surf, I think that was the universe's way of telling you to grab it by the horns. I doubt very much you'll be making a mistake like THAT again!

Wow, I didn't know guys under 35 even knew who Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones were. I am amazed they have lived long enough to still be playing concerts considering how they abused their bodies in the 70s.

To be fair i rarely, if ever have missed those opportunities, things are really weird right now, a few friends still think i am suffering from the shingles i had.

Plus i don;t think i am suited to the desk job right now, but considering it took me ages to get this one, i have to at least keep it while i look for others.

For shame, those of us 'younguns' that are musically educated have high if not the higest respect and love for those that wrote the book of rock and roll.

Just pulling your chaing. My 22 year old nephew and his friends were arguing one night about who had the best version of "All Along The Watchtower" Jimi Hendrix or Bob Dylan. icon_eek.gif I was speechless. I opted for the Hendrix version.

Well you know what they say: Life's a bitch and then you die.

Or: life's a bitch, and then you marry one, then die.
