Just made a personal best at indoor rowing (concept2) of 500m at 1:32.6

Just wondering and challenging everyone to get yourselves a new personal best before the end of the year - or are you all just wimps ???

Does not say anything about damper level.
But i allways do it on damper level 6

    RULES

    · You may not change the damper position at any time during the test.

    · The fly wheel must be stationary before starting the test

    · You should not pull the handle during the rests.

How to set it up on concept 2 rowing machine

    PM3 users

    a) 'select workout'

    b) 'new workout'

    c) 'intervals:variable'

    d) select 'distance'

    e) interval 1. 'set distance' enter 1000m. 'set time' enter rest time 3 mins

    f) press 'tick' button

    g) repeat steps 5 and 6 with appropriate distances and rest times.

    h) select 'no more intervals'

    i) ROW!

At the end of the test, your total time will be recorded in the PM3's 'Memory'.
