If it will make you happy the go for it. Just be sure to shop around for the best doctor and see results of their work.

Strange, I was just thinking this today too. I've always wanted to correct a crooked nose. It looks like a completely different nose from the left as from the right, but at 28 I wonder if one can get too old to make it worth it.

the width of your nose is fine, you don't need surgery but if you are gonna get a prodecure get a small dorsal implant to resolve your nasal bridge perfectly with your forehead.

Nah, I was thinking in terms of benefiting from looks. The way I see it, the benefits are probably biggest in your 20s. It's not like I've got fresh flawless skin to go with a cute new nose.

I had to have surgery on my nose because of sinus and allergy problems. A few years before I had to have surgery on my gall bladder. - I would take gall bladder surgery any day. The pain involved with nose surgery made me wonder why anyone in their right mind would ever think of voluntarily having surgery on their nose.

    wtf your nose is fine.

I don't see a dorsal hump or roman nose which i what white guys tend to need to get corrected anyway so if you got a nose job it would probably result in a overcorrection and you would be sad. Don't do it.

To me you look good but I also know that someone else telling you that doesn't change what you see. I personally wouldn't mess with it.

A good friend of mine and his sister were both unhappy with what they referred to as their "big schnazollas" which they inherited. So - they both had rhinoplasty - done at Stanford by Dr. Berner. They both look great. The appearance is very natural and what's most important - they're both totally happy with their results.

I'm like Barbra Streisand. No pics from the right side! I know it's nothing significant, but I have been obsessed with certain features over the years but now am furthest from it than ever before. Just saw myself on film in natural daylight the other day and wondered about it, that's all.

Dude first you are sexy the way you are and second....black people have big noses usually. It is just part of their facial characteristics.

If there was a .01% chance you'd die getting the surgery would u risk it. Plus I read somewhere about a guy getting his nose fixed than randomly he bled out like a few years later because he bumped it or something. Could be a wise tale but who knows.

The fear I have with something like this is if you do it and are not satisfied with the results, then what? More surgery? To OP's point MJ couldn't leave well enough alone and kept having procedures until he was unrecognizable.

there is NOTHING wrong with you. I had my nose fixed at 28 beacuse it was broken in a fight when I was a kid. The recovery period SUCKS and it was a big psycological trip.

To the OP: I think you're a very handsome guy and your nose looks right with your other features. I'm a fan of biggish "manly" noses. icon_smile.gif
But do what makes you happy.
