So i've been running daily, every evening for the past 9 days. It is crazy how different my face looks. It's definitely slimming down, I no longer feel the skin touching when I turn my head to either side, haha!

I feel a whole lot energetic and I feel a lot less "bloated", I don't know.. I guess it's just my mentality and me being so determined to lose weight.

I had lost a great amount of weight and added muscle. I went from 190 pounds of mush to 184 pounds of solidness and some muscle in 3 months, a while back. I went from a size 36 to a 31/30. Being away from home helped in that transformation. Now.. I'm a 33/34... 32's are nut-huggers.. OUCH! And of course, i'm back home and some of the mush has returned...

I am not tall, by any means.. I am 5'5".. I'm short. Weighing as much as I do isn't cool at all. I like to think of myself as having a big build (i'm not all mush, I do have some "invisible" muscle")... I see other people who are short and stout and I just don't see myself like that. Maybe it's denial? I surely don't see that in the mirror. Anyway, I'm rambling...

What can I do to raise the level? I live so far away from a gym. I live in the sticks. But one good thing is that there's miles of country roads to run, run, and run.

Is there anything else I can do to help myself lose more weight?

I eat 6 small meals a day, which are more like snacks really. I eat a good share of fruits, protein (tuna and chicken breast), and I snack on pretzels and stuff like trail mix, raisins, and special k bars (haha!).... I totally took out fried foods, chips, candy, soda off my diet.

I had read about "LOW DENSITY ENERGY FOODS" such as a whole bunch of fruits and these are supposed to make you feel fool and less bloated and help with weight loss.

Basically... Errr.. what i'm asking is.. yeeeah, what else can I do to keep it up? Any certain exercises?

Any advice/info would be greatly appreciated.
