i hear that eating 5-6 small meals a day is good for fat loss and metabolism. does anyone practice this

and i do however believe in the calorie in/ calories out concept and i did teh calculator for caloric needs and my needs are 2200 but then again i lift weight what im tryna find out is it one can eat 2500 calories and still loose weight especially if i spead them between 5 - 6 meals
