I was feeling very hype and I decided I should really try to work those shoulders very seriously, to push them to a new limit. After all, the idea behind weight-lifting is to always push a little further, isn't it?
I had always been going easy on my shoulder because of an injury, but it had been a year now and pretty much totally recovered except one arm was kinda compensating for the other.
Thus, I decided to do dumbell pull ups. And add a little 10 pounds on each shoulder.
First series, amazing.
Second series, great.
Third series, second to last rep, I raised my left arm, and then SHLAK, it dislocated. The dumbell slammed on the floor and everybody turned around and noticed the irregular position of my arm and my colar bone proeminently appearing in place of my shoulder muscle, which is kinda situated in my armpit now...
Anyways, I had to go through the whole gym (and believe me, it's HUGE) and ask for someone to help me replace it before I get answered :
"I'm not touching this, I'm calling an ambulance man"
After a little while, it really started to be fucking painful, I almost fainted under the pain. They replaced it at the hospital, I was pretty much drugged at this point lol...
Now, I'm on rehab.
IT SUUUUCKS !
