Sprained Wrist

So I was playing football with the kids at a holiday party this past weekend - I was running around outside in the grass with nice shoes on, but when I stepped onto the asphalt driveway, I must have stepped on a slightly wet spot and slipped and hit the ground hard. As I fell, I remembered to roll in order to lessen the impact.

Yesterday, my hand became numb and cold so I went to the DR today - sprained wrist and a torn ligament. He says that I'll be OOC for 2-3 weeks. Any idea, what exercises I can do that will accomodate the handicap? I know that I can do all leg exercises, except barbell squats, but anything that involves my grip is pretty much a no-go. IDeas?

    It's nice to be ambidextrous.

It's a useless skill unless you have two dicks. icon_razz.gif
