I'm interested in participating in the SoCal Tough Mudder course in July. I was wondering if anyone has participate in any past events who can give me any tips. I was also wondering if anyone was thinking about doing the course too.

I'm not out of shape nor am I really ripped. I lift 5 days a week. I do cardio 5 days 30 mins at a steep angle during lifting days and I play flag football when I'm free.
