Do you believe that cold weather makes your joints ache?

    Even though I don't think it's been scientifically proven, I believe the weather has a great deal to do with aching joints. icon_confused.gif

    hmmm... a negative outlook on cold weather can make you "think" your joints hurt.

    Colder air = lower air density = increased pressure inside the joints.

    I dont have any research on this but according to my grandparents, it does, sometime they cant even sleep because it ache so bad icon_sad.gif

    after last spring's meniscus knee surgery and the closely following MRSA staph infection; my knee is a more accurate gauge of bad weather than the weather channel.

    my hip hurts just before a storm...everytime...i used to laugh behind the old people's backs..and think..."aching bodies can't predict rain"...well,guess what??...it can,[doc says i have bursitis in my hip]...
