I'll probably get the Galaxy S2 instead. Samsung has been pretty good about providing updates for unlocked/unbranded models. I got my Gingerbread update on my Galaxy S as soon as it was ready from Samsung.

I'm kinda waiting to see how the ICS upgrade goes for the GS2. Or possibly wait a little longer for the GS3 to come out with ICS already installed.

Here's a list of popular Android apps you might want to check out..

I got my Galaxy Nexus yesterday morning -- had to deal with 5 different stores until I got the last one at a Radio Shack a mile from my office icon_razz.gif

I used to have an original Motorola Droid (almost 2 years old) - got sooo slow, was anxious to upgrade to the Galaxy Nexus. It sure is quick, but I've noticed with a couple of apps I've used on my Droid have been acting buggy on the Nexus icon_sad.gif But I know that this phone is the 1st to have the new Android operating system 4.0 and that bugs will pop up and eventually be remedied. Overall I love it icon_smile.gif

Hmm I don't know. But I'm coming from a Palm Pre 2 so its still a leap forward for me and I'm happy.

nexus is way more advance then SG2 interms of software ...but then Gingerbread is way more relevant this time around.

cause Sammy is just playing keeping it update with Apple iphone4s...just making it the same league cause they can!..where SG2 is above them. Anyway samsung is manufacturing all iphone4 processor....Apple just code name A5 processor inside is the same architecture...
