She's a singer who had a hit song or two in the nineties, if I recall.

She's this broad who used to play pool in the back room of a gay bar I hung out at a million years ago. Back then she wore horn-rimmed glasses, a poodle skirt and a wife-beater.

Bravo Penguin! Perhaps others should take a moment to enlighten themselves purely on her talent rather than uttering derogatory judgement.

Pattison, I don't find your misogyny funny.

kd has a phenomenal voice. And though she never attained breakout stardom here in the States, she definitely has done well. Her biggest hit was probably "Constant Craving." She also did a an amazing rendition of Roy Orbison's "Crying," and did a duet with Orbison before his death. I think she is vastly underrated and hope she one day gets all the acclaim she deserves.

Can U please explain how One was being a misogynist? This means hate women....

As a fag, One has no want to fuck or be interment with a vagina. But this does not make One a misogynist!!! In fact One just got off the phone from one of my best friends, whom not only is a female, but a Canadian too!

Nor does asking a question. Sorry but she looks like an ugly man...... Her music as you described, is not of Ones interest. Sorry but One had never heard of this Canadian. But I don't feel I've missed out on anything either......!

Actually, stardom is not determined in the U.S., as the influential populus believes.

I'd be happy to supply some great Canadian talent, if you're ever interested in broadening your horizons.

Thanks But being an Aussie, we have not only been influenced by American Music, we also been influenced by the UK music too.

One loves music, and has also sang in public a many a time, on stage. But Ms lang, has not obveriously had a big impact; not sure if this has anything to do with being a Canadian?
