I would usually start a diet for a day and end up breaking it the next. And I'm just not motivated to get up and exercise. I have tried buying smaller clothers and even a 2 piece bikini. I've also tried rewarding myself, but nothing seems to work. I also have a problem with eating one thing bad for me and then I feel guilty so I go and eat more crappy foods.... and tons of it... literatlly. I have tried all kinds of diets and exercise plans but I just can't seem to stick to them and get motivated. Can someone please give me suggestions and advice to fix these problems?

In what contexts are you responsible?
If you're able to apply willpower in another context, what's the difference between that and this?

At the end of the day it's just you and your decisions. You make yourself do it or you don't. Looking at those cases where you're successful in doing what you want can be instructive though. (And, certainly, realizing that (a) you're in for a long hall with respect to getting in shape - years, really (b) some things you really do have to give up - are you willing to? are important IMO.)

I always stay motivated when I see other in-shape/muscular guys and when I see hot guys in porn or blogs.

I imagine my self 350+ pounds overweight and not being able to see my dick or my feet when I look down.

Well, my diet requires me to eat lots and lots of delicious food (Paleo/whole30) and my exercise program only requires 35 reps per workout ("Power to the people" with 1 warm up set of 50% on the deadlifts and side press replaced by weighted dips and alternated weighted chin ups/ pull ups). And every 3rd day is a rest day (which annoys me - want to bump it down to every 4th day but I don't think that's a good idea with regard to the deadlifts).

My fitocracy profile name is 'grofte'.

EDIT: Full disclosure: I also move at least 6 km under my own power (bike, walk) everyday. If I didn't I wouldn't get to work so it doesn't really seem like working out.

My advice would be take a vacation in a warm weather area. Like San Diego or south. Guys in So Cal live with their shirts off. It is great motivation.

But who cares as long as you are happy with your build?

well i recently underwent a second tummy tuck. I look at the scar and it will forever be a reminder of who i once was...and I'll be damned if I will be fat again. Plus, my stomach is looking better and better each day getting closer to who i want to become.

Well, I keep picturing myself in that 2-piece bikini to make sure my boobies don't fall out of the bra.
