hi guys just wanted to ask a question..hopefully ill get enough responses. i was reading in a muscle mag that increased testosterone is what helps builds more muscle. I work out like 4 days a week and even though i push myself in the gym..i see slow results..bear in mind that i only use a protein supplement after and before work out and nothing else. Anyways iw as looking on gnc website and they have a product called T-up by Nutrex. Its a testosterone booster and im wondering if anyone has ever used it and whats the results you have seen.

well i'm no expert at all, but i've been seeing comments and posts on different workout forums about these kind of supplements, like "anything that claims to boost your testosterone is a rip off".. that kinda thing.. i don't know if these statements are true though.
to me it seems like some of these supplements might work a LITTLE, but probably not as much as they claim. for that you would probably have to turn to stronger stuff which we of course don't want.

that said, there are other things you can do to increase your testosterone levels if i'm not mistaken. excercises like squats, deadlift and benchpress are supposed to help you with this

Well, it's really lifting hard and lots of protein that helps you build muscle.
But supps might help too. I started taking ZMA recently, it's supposed to boost test too. But like any supps, it depends on your body.

Make sure you have some fat in ur diet as this is what helps build testosterone.
