Hey guys so in June I really started working out and I lost almost 65lbs of weight in about a two month period. I want to know how I take take it up a notch. I have been thinking about taking LIPO 6. I heard from one guy that it targets areas on the body that a problem areas for me. My abs have been the biggest problem for me. I start bulding up and tightening up the muscles but then I start to add inches so I don't want to work them until either I loose more over all weight or something... I want to also build up my arms and chest but want to do it so it's lean muscle. I don't want to add more mass. I wouldn't mind being my size with a slimmer waist line. I am looking for workout tips, nuturition advice... some of you guys have amazing transformation pics and I'd like to join ya'll club, LOL! Much Thanks in Advance Gentlemen!
