Hey guys so in June I really started working out and I lost almost 65lbs of weight in about a two month period. I want to know how I take take it up a notch. I have been thinking about taking LIPO 6. I heard from one guy that it targets areas on the body that a problem areas for me. My abs have been the biggest problem for me. I start bulding up and tightening up the muscles but then I start to add inches so I don't want to work them until either I loose more over all weight or something... I want to also build up my arms and chest but want to do it so it's lean muscle. I don't want to add more mass. I wouldn't mind being my size with a slimmer waist line. I am looking for workout tips, nuturition advice... some of you guys have amazing transformation pics and I'd like to join ya'll club, LOL! Much Thanks in Advance Gentlemen!

first of all congrats on the weight lost buddy. that is a lot of weight in a short period of time. how did you lose so much weight so fast. what types of workouts are you doing? how much are you eating a day? how much water are you drinking in a day? do you take protein supplements? how much protein are you getting a day?

Nothing... lol! It was all natural. I would go walking with my ex like 4 miles then we would run 1 to 2 miles together... I would get winded so he would keep going till he got winded then we'd meet up. We'd run/walk at least 3 miles times after that solid run. I had cut out cokes and was eating just grilled chicken and vegetables. I would just drink water as I needed it nothing I actually measured. I would sometimes eat subway for lunch but that was it.

Great that you have lost the weight that you have

But if you're really serus about taking it up a notch you're going to have to hit the gym
If you lost the weight it seems like you have gotten the hang of ...... Getting the calories IN part of the equation

What you need now is getting the calories OUT part right

If you start burning more calories in the form of cardio you will lose more weight and you won't needbtomworry about adding inches as much

The other thing that you'll find out is that if you do start some weight training and it doesn't need to be heavy training
You will find that as you add some muscle your calorie burning capacity will increase
Keeping the weight off ... And making it easier to lose
