    Hi everybody!

First of all I introduce myself, are new to the forum, i'm italian, i'm 22 years old and I apologize for my English.

I want to train seriously, but for now I can only do at home because i'm looking for job and i can't go at te gym.

What can I start with? tips on exercise? on alimentation?

My body is slim, i'm 170 cm height and 55 kg weight.

    Thanks for all tips. icon_smile.gif

Wait till you get a job. Bulking is almost impossible on a zero budget. Food is expensive, and you'll need lots of it.

damn, did you even read the thread. how the hell is he going to afford a trainer when he can't even afford a gym membership. damn reading is quite so fundamental. anyhow, if you did not have any constructive to say why say anything.
anyhow, if you can afford it try and get a book of exercises by men's health. if you can do body weight exercises until you can get a gym membership

Great resource and I'm sure you can find a used copy for cheap:

They can be bitchy here. You'll get used to it.

Body-weight excercises are the best way to start. Push-ups, situps or crunches. Squats without weights. A pull-up bar on a doorway.

Google those things and work them into your life. Get some sexy pix of you when you're done!

    Ciao! Buonna journato!
