creature saidThat is a good analogy of Mr. Paul. Although I will admit I agree with his position on the separation of church and state, and his refusal to bully our way in the middle east. After what happened in Afghanistan and Iraq some Republicans still want to go to war with Iran--it's like they haven't been paying attention to anything that had been going on.
I'm with you on this Creature, and the ones that are pushing this old news that they really cannot pin on coming directly from Paul himself are the NEO CONS and far right Repubs that are scared to death of Paul cutting into their pet projects that keep them and their backers rich.
I had voted for Obama and have been EXTREMELY disappointed with his servile backing of the NEO CONS war games and the Israeli Lobby who got their wars with Afghanistan and Iraq and look like they're going to succeed with an Iran war if we don't push hard against it. When it comes to servitude to the Military Complex/NEO CON Wars and the Israeli Lobby backing them, there is very little difference between the Repubs and the Dems. There should and could be, but there isn't and we might as well face it.
I don't expect Ron Paul to get the Repub Nomination, but if he'll run Independent, he'll get my vote in protest against the established war machine that is the Dems and Republican Party's. The Patriot act and the War on Terror is nothing but a smoke screen to serve the NEO CONs get rich schemes through the Military Complex War games. Go back to Eisenhour and JFK's warnings and they fit perfectly with what our government has become servants to.
Ron Paul would end a lot of this bullshit and I have no fear of his bringing about a white supremicist pro bigot agenda to the white house.
Weigh out the evils of continued wars and more wars from the Repub and Dems that are servants to and bought off by the NEO CONS, as compared to Pauls voting record and We'd have been a lot better off with his record than with the status quo that has promoted unecessary wars.
