so basically, im going from a 3 day split working, combining 1 arm+ 1 big muscle.....ive been doing that for the last 4 years now basically, with changes every 3-5 months in regard to the types of exercies... i had a trainer twice, about 8-14 sessions each, and gained about 10lbs with them each time with same 3 day split idea. Now, i restarted the gym after like, 5 months off(the last 5) but started doing a 2 day split instead("upper body/lower body).....i find it interesting and the pump is cool, i feel more powerful all over instead of just some areas....anywaysssss,,,, aside from eating like a crazy mofo alldayeveryday, has any1 else done anything similar, or totally diff who can relate, who has secret tips and suggestions for me? ive never gained more then the 10 w the trainers, then kept it there wiht increasing my stregth....the last 5 months i lost the 10 lbs i gained=(((. i got 2 bk but i wanna push myself way past just gaining 10 lbs,,......................................... thanks !!=D
